New Enhancements to Improve Lead Quality and Insights

We are committed to improving the quality of leads you receive through TigerLead. That is why we rigorously test new lead sources and have been working on some new features to help improve the quality of leads and provide more meaningful insights.

Email and Phone Filter
We’ve upgraded our email and phone filtering software to reduce the number of leads with fake phone or email addresses across BOTH HandRaiser and Home Search. The program can detect if an email address is not an active email address, or if the lead is giving a fake phone number like 555-5555 or 123-4567. This improved technology will help reduce the number of invalid leads. We are already seeing an increase in the number of these leads that we’re able to filter out.

Social Profile Information
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a little insight about your new leads before you contact them to help break the ice? There is a wealth of data that is publicly available online through social media websites like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc… and now it is in your Paws dashboard for every lead!

This data can prove to be really useful for validating an email address, or building the relationship. For example, if you both liked the same football team you could work it into the conversation with “Hey! Did you catch that game last night?” Right away you can make a more meaningful and personal connection with your leads.

Similarly to the “Reverse phone lookup” that we do for every lead, we will bring in the lead’s “Online Profile” as an activity in your Paws dashboard.

Access social profile data for your leads today. Here’s how:

  1. Login to your Paws Dashboard
  2. Select a lead
  3. Go the Activity tab for the lead
  4. The online profile will be included as a Comment/Note and include any available demographic or social profile information available online
