Ever use a CRM that took more time than it saved? A CRM that forced you to use its email component or have all your lead info in two different systems? TigerLead integrates seamlessly with the way you work and the tools you use, whether you’re in your office or out showing properties. You are connected to the web-based database by automatic email or text message notifications of new leads, repeat visitors, showing requests, and more. You can communicate with leads through any email program or device – Outlook, a Blackberry, etc – and the TigerLead system automatically logs both your outgoing messages AND your incoming emails from leads.

The system is much more than the sum of its parts, but other features include:

  • Complete view of EVERY listing viewed by the lead, on a map or in a list, with favorites highlighted, allowing follow-up with leads to be specific and insightful
  • Leads automatically subscribed to email notifications of new listings, easily configurable by the lead or the Realtor
  • Ability to track leads by number of listings viewed, searches performed, time spent on site, most recent login, prior responsiveness to emails, validity of contact info, showing requests, price range as calculated by actual listings viewed, and more
  • A robust set of management tools including automatic lead assignment, an activity log, export capabilities, and pipeline reports
